綜合評價遼河賓館是一個性價比較高的的酒店：停車方便，地理位置適中，周邊環境優美。但存在的問題也不少，一是國企官商的作派依然存在，我舉兩個例子：①賓館每天衹能供應兩瓶礦泉水，多一瓶都不行（以我多年南北出行住過的諸多酒店，均沒遇到此種情況）②服務冷漠，前台接待及進房間服務人員均是如此。尤其是後者，客人反映電視調不到所看電視台，服務人員上門調台，一言不發，一臉冰霜。客人説謝謝，對方毫無反應，真是無語了。二是設施陳舊，衞生間狹窄不堪，房間牆壁斑駁陸離，一看就是經年日久。説了這麼多，沒有別的意思，只是希望貴賓館能進一步加強管理，優化服務。同時，改進和完善賓館客房的硬件設施，從而真正達到大廳懸掛的“賓至如歸”的水平。我也祝願再次下榻貴賓館時，能看到一個煥然一新的遼河賓館！

挺好的，衞生，服務，停車場都非常好，沒有見到之前評論裏説的衞生差，服務差的情況。

設施陳舊，衞生一般，早餐單調，蚊子眾多，點了蚊香，四人被咬了二十個包，好在價格便宜，停車方便，室內燈開關隱藏得很深，四個人十分鐘沒找到。

酒店設備雖舊，但是床品高級，衞生很好，出行方便，遼河大部分人是熱情的，夜間服務人員稍微冷漠了點，不過不影響遼河賓館的服務品質

真的太次了，就這個還能是4星酒店？好像那個旅店，首先屋裡不大，味道很大，其次設施真的老的不能再老了，洗澡那個下水道好像是堵的，跟前台反饋，前台態度實在是不敢恭維，“我也沒去過屋裡，我也不知道啊”，就扔這麼一句話，最後房間真的一點不隔音，走廊説話全部能聽見，早餐也是相當難吃，還好意思要30一位？腦袋有點大病吧，盤錦很好，紅海灘很好，遼河賓館太次了、中國人不騙中國人，拿命保證絕不騙人，勸大家千萬不要來！
