環境還是不錯的，很安靜，房間有點小，不過衹是休息睡覺，也算夠用。下次有機會去興隆台還會再去住，壓縮毛巾不錯，一次性紙拖鞋準備的不是很充分

衞生極差，基本就是沒人掃過地，座便上還有別人的頭髮，床頭下有煙頭，桌子下一年以上的灰塵，整個賓館都是煙味，從前台，電梯，到室內，到處都是煙味。剛進去的時候屋裡窗户是開着的，所以聞不到煙味，等關好窗，煙味就會越來越重。而且也不是1.2米寬的床，還不到一米，床與床之間的距離放不下一衹腳，總之，是住過的最差的賓館

建議阿姨拖地的拖布更換一下，剛進房間的時候味道太大。另外，訂單頁面顯示閃住，為什麼前台不認可呢？太奇怪了

第一天好好的，第二天晚上直接空調滴水，整床濕掉沒辦法睡人，我們是家庭房（一大一小床），現在導致三個人其中一個沒法睡，我們三聽着滴答滴答也很難入睡。打電話給前台前台説的是“阿姨電話打不通你們自己去找吧，我也沒辦法解決我離不開一樓，你自己拿個浴巾墊墊湊活一晚"這種説法。好我們自己去找阿姨，阿姨説"前台沒説給你們換房間嗎？"我無語了，我們三現在三人擠一張大床聽着滴答滴答的聲音帶耳機睡覺。
前台的口氣讓我覺得“你們吵到我睡覺了，我就是沒辦法解決，你們自己搞定吧。”退房的時候態度更差，我好像欠她錢一樣。如果商家覺得我胡説八道，視頻全都有。
