The location is good, close to the train station, and the shop signs are obvious and easy to find even at night. The room I stayed in was not big but suitable. I slept peacefully and smoothly at night. The breakfast was simple and reasonable. The hotel is affordable.

第一次住盤錦駿怡酒店，我雖然訂了個沒窗的房間，是我覺着我用不上窗户，晚上到早上走，前台態度那麼差是幾個意思，我到了前台沒人，20點30洗漱去了，行，早上7：50退房又沒人，洗衣服去了，怎麼的我就得一直等着唄，入住打擾你休息了唄？是昨天降温，屋裡死冷，空調開一宿屋裡沒熱氣，隆隆直響，早上還沒熱水洗臉，期待高了，也不道這一個前台有什麼可高傲的。衞生麼，除了衞生間哪哪都是水漬顯得很臟哪都挺好。

這次和老伴大東北半月自由行，先後住了哈爾濱、漠河、齊齊哈爾、大慶、牡丹江、延吉、丹東和盤錦…等多家酒店，網訂酒店，我以靠近火車站為首選。
駿怡酒店就在盤錦站左側三百米，非常方便好找。
進入酒店，值班的邢小姐熱情禮貌，客氣耐心，令人賓至如歸。進入房間，寬敞明亮，設施完善，被褥乾爽潔白，看着舒服，摸着舒心，睡着放心，性價比很高。
夜十點半，房間裏二瓶贈送水用完了，我下樓買水，外面小店已經關門，細心的邢小姐又熱情遞上二瓶水，真暖心！這讓我想起前幾天某家酒店瓶水不贈，對比鮮明。
聽聞我們想去紅海灘，邢小姐耐心地提供遊覽訊息及注意事項，讓我們如願以償地飽覽了紅海灘。

東北秋色真美，盤錦駿怡酒店和邢小姐更讓我們美麗的行程錦上添花！

住宿酒店主動續住後難道前台不備註續住打掃衞生？他們酒店説，你續住歸續住，你不主動讓我打掃房間，我不可能打掃一點，並且我續住了而且在規定退房時間內，並且前台並未打電話確認是否需要打掃房間，前台大媽態度很硬，找誰都不好使，勸告你，回去睡覺吧，弟弟，盤錦火車站駿怡酒店，盤錦南波萬，都來入住，夜間大媽非常負責任，協助白班完成工作，衹為狼狽為奸，相互配合，同事情意真讓我感動，同時深深刺激了作為一名來盤錦旅遊的普通遊客，如果有訴求該去找什麼部門解決，難道普通人就該買單？普通人來盤錦火車站駿怡賓館就該不享受正常住宿權益？難道盤錦火車站駿怡酒店住宿打掃必須旅客告知前台，主動聯繫前台？主動從攜程軟件下單並且駿怡酒店方不聯繫住宿客户就不用打掃？而且作為酒店前台，以服務業為主的行業，為什麼這麼硬氣的？想要辦理退房，被駿怡酒店告知，辦理不了，想請問連鎖酒店，除你們之外的為什麼從來沒有碰到過？並且都不是胡攪蠻纏之人，但凡前台能夠認真答覆，誰能夠去較真？

離車站很近，去紅海灘可以到車站坐大巴專線。下面有賣早點的鋪子，隔音效果一般，樓上沖水的話聲音比較大，房間不大，挺乾淨
