Beautiful place, a lot of nature and various activities to perform. The forest cabins were spectacular, beautiful and very comfortable, with fireplace and wood available all the stay, inserted into a even more wonderful and quiet landscape, the staff also was very careful and answered all our doubts. Staff should be more instructed in relation to documents requesting on other portals to know what activities are available, and also be more timely with the opening of the information boxes at the start of the pathways. Finally, we attend the Rañintulelfu, which have a lot to be mid-term, stays about 1 hour from the reservation and we were very enthusiastic, when we entered, we looked for the family pools (which are more private) and when we entered the water, We found a chicken tutorial at the bottom of the term, they should ban people eating near the pools. The water of the general term oiled to decomposition plants and the bath pool was not more than 30 cm depth, it was only one available and in extreme small.

We travelled from the US and UK (grand kids and parents) to this out of way, but beautiful place. The resort is very accommodating and a relaxed atmosphere. Instead of renting a car for 7 people we opted for the resort provided round trip from the Vadivia Airport taking 2.5 hours each way. Not cheap but without stress. Upon arrival a smooth checkin with accommodation set up at the lodge. We opted for the meal plan (two selected meals from BF, Lunch or Dinner) which makes the vacation more relaxed. No cooking or trying to find a restaurants. BF is buffet style while Dinner choice is meat, fish or vegetarian selection. Wine in Chile is inexpensive and never exceeded US$ 30 for the most expensive bottle available. The selection of 'activities' such as water rafting, zip line or just hiking is made easy with a tour desk right at the hotel. All the guides could converse in English. There were many trail for hiking available from short 1 hour to 6 hour treks after which you could cool off in the river or in the hotel pool. All in all we would not mind to go back. Too bad it takes about 48 hours to get there from NY to Santiago Chile and then onward to Valdivia.
