Best Panglao Spa Hotels

The hotel features two large swimming areas, and we had a great time at the beach-front pool with my daughter. The room felt a bit old, but it didn't affect our stay. Since most of the guests were Korean, it felt like we were at a Korean resort. I would definitely consider visiting again.

It was our third time in Bohol and stayed at South Palms before which we had a very good experience. This year, we decided to stay at Modala Resort to celebrate our wedding anniversart as I have heard that it is one of the newest hotel in Panglao. And yes! This is now my most favorite hotel around the country! We were allowed to do an early check-in (we waited for almost 2 hrs for this as they have to prepare the room but totally fine with us as we enjoyed strolling around the resort). Everybody was welcoming and we loved how approachable they were. Totally adored our room (Tawhay Garden room) and just perfect for the 4 of us (2 queen bed). It was very neat when we arrived, bedsheets and pillows were on point equipped with toiletries, bathrobes and coffee fix (with electric kettle). I also appreciate the ”Happy Anniversary” bed design + small cake (all complimentary) that they have prepped for us. Cold Cucumber drinks were also available during check in which were very refreshing. They also have a free photoshoot +1 hard copy during your stay (additional payment if ever you decide to avail the whole photoshoot package). The hotel is situated beside a mall called Moadto *****, perfect if you want to try other restos and there was also 711 for your quick needs. Front beach was super nice with fine sand and my son really enjoyed swimming to both swimming pool and beach. It was very clean and you can already see a lot of fish swimming around. Water in the pool was lukewarm, just perfect if you get cold swimming at the beach. They also have a kiddie pool and jacuzzi area. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptous and filling. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and attentive whenever we needed something. Special mention to Jasper who had been my 18 month old son's playmate all throughout our 4D3N stay at Modala. He was very charming and my baby boy loved him so much. Thank you once again, Modala! We are very satisfied with the hotel's topnotch customer service and superb facilities. Food was really great and we enjoyed every ala carte orders that we made. We will definitely be back.

Hernan resort was a great experience.but I was very disappointed when I saw almost all of the guests during dinner time roaming around at nearby places having dinner at McDonald’s and jollibee fast food restaurants.the resort by that time was so silent.maybe if (hennan resort)can create an atmosphere of excitement,entertainment maybe it’s not the price, it’s not lower there Standard.but to ensure that the guests will enjoy not the Swimming pool but the whole package.imagine how much it can generate sales if all the guests are enjoying there time the whole day round in the resort.

We stayed at this beautiful resort last year to celebrate my nephew's 3rd birthday for 2 nights and 3 days. As far as I remember, we availed the discounted rates during Travel Expo in SMX. All of our requests were granted especially the simple birthday set up when we arrived. The room , beddings and CR are great, except for the location of the assigned room/villa everything is perfect. I informed that we have 2 senior citizens prior to booking, we were expecting rooms nearer to the restaturant. But, we really enjoyed our stay especially the buffet breakfast and ”calmly” atmosphere at the resort, the staff are polite and acommodating too. I recommend this place to my firends and give a chance, we will definitely stay again at this resort.

Best customer service eveer! From arrival to departure sobrang alaga.All the Staff always greet you with big smile. We requested for a single bed since may baby kami. Walang available, kaya inupgrade nila ang room namin for FREE. Also, they grant our request for a beach front anniversary dinner at no extra charge! The manager , Sir Rey was verryyyy hands on to the preparation. Food 10/10 delicious, and affordable Room 10/10 need lang siguro pagpapitin ang bidet since nasa right sya :) but no issue at all. Amenities 10/10 Staff and Crew 10/10 lahat approachable at mabait Service 20/10 🙌 wala akong masabi! Highly recommended. Thank you Lord for the favor!

I stayed at this place with my wife for 5 nights. We are long term travelers. - location: the hotel is a bit far off, you will need to rent a scooter at the hotel to explore the area. Currently, roadworks makes the access a bit difficult but possible - staff: lovely staff that genuinely takes care about you. The receptionist (Sam) was really helpful with transportation advice as well as for any other query. - rooms: rooms are spacious and serviced daily. The AC works well and is silent (any long term traveler will know the value of this). There are blackout curtains and the beds are quite comfy - food: we loved the food at this place. The menu clearly displays the German ownership of the hotel and the portions are European sized but local food is available as well. - surroundings: the pool is clean and very nice, the area is surrounded by resident bungalows to which you have no access. All in all the hotel is value for money, certainly partly due to its location...

Walking through the alley for a while is on your right hand. It was a clean lodge and the room was clean. But this is a bar. The atmosphere is very good and the price is clear. It's great to drink quietly. However, I felt uncomfortable with the exchange that I didn't pay for the rental bike. It was good to know at the end... but I hope you can go to a great bar again. Thank you very much!

We stayed 3 weeks at Oasis Dive Resort and dove with the on-site Seaquest Dive Shop. Up to 4 dives a day at different dive sites in the area with a 5 minute to 40 minute boat ride. The staff included several experienced instructors and DiveMasters. Harold was our favorite. Up to 4 divers per guide, several rinse tanks, shower, 2 swimming pools, Nitrox available. Most 2 tank dives left from 8:30 - 9:30am. They are flexible with the dive sites and your diving schedule. Dives were usually scheduled to 60+ minutes Breakfast was included and they changed about half of the breakfast buffet daily. We ate at the Oasis restaurant several times both on the beach and 2nd. level. Huge menu, all our meals and drinks were excellent. Rooms had A/C and cleaned daily with a small refrigerator. We did a day tour to see the Chocolate Hills and Tarsier monkey. Several restaurants, banks, stores,dive shops are within walking distance from the beach or street. The location is perfect, the staff welcoming and helpful. A great place to stay in White Beach on Palglao island Bohol. We took the ferry from Cebu to Bohol. Only suggestion is updating the curtains in the room.
