A very nice place for a family holiday. A bit far from the beach if you walk. The room is very nice and clean. The staff kindness is desirable to treat their guests. The only negative was that the lights went out at night and they couldn't do it until the morning.

Very good service, the manager help us a lot for getting taxi to wherever I want to go. Without her help, I think we can go no where. Room is clean, location is very good, drive 5min to the beach.

Fever before travel, worried about new pneumonia, so canceled the trip and did not check in. Because the booking is irrevocable, Ctrip said the hotel refused to refund, and Ctrip unilaterally compensated me 100 yuan (thanks to Ctrip). The location near Dumaluan Beach is like a 10-minute walk while it's quite far from alona Beach. It's more on a quiet side compared to other hostels. The room was ok, it was clean and the bed was comfy. It's has great facilities like billiards and pool. The food was also great with big portions, staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it is recommended and value hor money.

There is a Chinese person at the front desk who speaks good Chinese. The airport pick-up is free and the service is also very good. The only drawback is that it is not close to the sea and there is no beach. The suite is not a suite. The price is a bit expensive. A few more bottles of water in the room are not worth it.

Goods: - Very nice and homey design of rooms. - Lots of plants and trees and well-lit at night. - Nice location. Quick access on the main road and beachfront area. - Tight security, public utility vehicles like tricycles are being keep tracked in and out of the resort. Bads: - Breakfast buffet is okay and not a lot of options. They only serve food for Western and no Filipino dish like danggit, longganisa is served. - Not so strong water in the shower but at least they have a heater. - No dental toiletries provided.

The room is relatively simple and generally hygienic. It will feel a little itchy after sleeping. The hotel is very small. You have to walk a short distance from the beach to get to the hotel. Taxis can't drive there. Pub concert continues until 11pm

This hotel is located far from the noisy beach vacation, there is actually nothing nearby. But the hotel itself is very good.
