"Stayed for 3 days and was a bit far from Alona Beach, but fortunately there was a free shuttle bus at the hotel. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are very new, and the complimentary breakfast is not bad. But the hotel is surrounded by villages, dirty and messy, the road to the hotel turned out to be a dirt road, the tap water and the water in the pool are all unpurified sea water, a bit salty, the whole of the island of Bohol. With a 12-year-old child, there is no extra bed, and 800p per night, which is a bit expensive. Since I go out to play every day, the overall situation is not bad, the environment there is the same. The level of consumption is comparable to that of first-tier cities in China."

"It was fantastic Vacation ever. Front desk Kevin was amazing from Arrival until departure. He was very kind and efficient. It was nice welcome. The restaurant staffs all were great. Breakfast, beach snack and dinner. They are kind and provide best service. Beach safety guards and security(Julio, if i remember correctly) very kind and help single traveler request very well. Thanks for my departure transportation driver. Every staffs with busy operation, they keep smile on face. I have a best vacation under the sun and beautiful beach with South Palm resort! "The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm."

"The hotel is new, facilities are awesome. There’s a beach in front of the hotel which you can swim in. And if you are boring, feel free to go for snorkeling, there’s a dive shop connected to the hotel. The hotel location is not too far from Alona beach and it’s accessible by tuktuk. Staffs are really friendly. Breakfast is good, they change the sausage flavour everyday to make it less boring. The hotel is connected to a mall with restaurants and money changer. Most importantly, there’s a 7-11 mini market just next door."

"Fever before travel, worried about new pneumonia, so canceled the trip and did not check in. Because the booking is irrevocable, Ctrip said the hotel refused to refund, and Ctrip unilaterally compensated me 100 yuan (thanks to Ctrip). "Guys, this hotel saved our holiday! Since the beaches (sea) are all frankly disappointing on the island, the pool in this hotel seemed to us simply heavenly. It is not made like ordinary pools, it has different levels for lying and relaxing, wonderful gazebos, and most importantly, it is so quiet there and there are only 5 rooms, of which not all are occupied, so there is a complete feeling that you are in your own villa. And it's nice. The room is also excellent as an apartment with a living room and a kitchen. Super"
