Friendly staff. The place is clean however the pool is not working. Some rooms are lack of usual utensils like electric kettle & coffee

This small hotel near Alona beach ( less than 5 minutes walk) is on the main road near Jollibee and Mcdonalds.
We booked this hotel after prematurely checking out of Alona Vida Resort which is torn up with construction work.
This hotel was neat and clean with helpful staff and reliable Wi-Fi. What is more, it was reasonable priced and well managed.
I would rather stay at Two Tides when I next come rather than Alona Vida Resort

The facilities are really hard to describe. After staying for 5 days, I changed three rooms. The first room had hot water like drip irrigation, making it impossible to take a shower. The second room had hot water and the water heater broke after just one shower. The third room was barely ok.
But apart from these, everything else is very good. The service guy is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is delicious and can be provided at 5:30. It is convenient for whale shark watching and island hopping. The hotel is in a very good location. It is no problem to walk to Alona Beach. The surrounding area Plenty of food and plenty of food.
The air conditioner in the hotel is a window unit, so you can sleep even if you endure it.
