Super nice hotel directly at the beach with friendly staff. Rooms were always clean

Booked for 3 nights. Very accomodating front deak. I love that there are options for breakfast (included in the package) and they accomodate if you have an early Activity or flight to prepare or pack the breakfast early. Beach front, very nice location. Ilove the CR spacious and clean. Love the rooms and the cute pool. Ilove the vibe here especially during the night. Good access for sunrise.

Hotel in ideal location.. 3 night stay, room was not serviced once.. Nothing in their information when booking about a live band playing from 9 pm till 11 pm every night.. would not recommend to anybody with a young family..

Location is right in front if the beach and where all the bars are ans restaurant. Its ideally if you want be in the whole center of the activities. Deluxe room amenities is very good and room is spacious with a balcony. Lovely. Standard room is quite small and old, located in front of the bar which tend to be very noisy. Reception staff is very helpful, however sometimes need be more flexible if want guest experience is better. Oh, breakfast is fantastic. There are several type of breakfasg that you can choose. Some filipino, to western, etc. Also the bar has a very good vibe and ladies are very kind and happy. Overall good stay.

Because of a cancelled flight i had to arrive a day later. The contact numbers for the hotel do not work, thankfully trip.com was able to inform the hotel on my behalf. I was still charged for the first night, ok. But there was no token complimentary offer or anything to make up for it. I was even told that I was still limited to the 600peso (for two people) budget for my ‘included’ breakfasts, even though I was unable to use them for the first night. The rooms are clean and tidy, with balconies overlooking a very small pool. If you hope to sleep past 6am in the morning, you will be disappointed, since the walls are paper thin and the staff and other guests are noisily shouting to each other very early in the morning. It’s not necessary since the airport is close, but there is no airport pickup service offered, which other similarly priced hotels generally provide. Not great value, noisy in the morning, and not great service. Not awful, but I’ll not be returning to this hotel next time I visit Bohol.

We booked 5 rooms. On the plus side, they accommodated us all nearby. Breakfast included. There are 2 types of continental, Filipino, fruit and pancake to choose from. Monotonous, but satisfying. They clean it every day, but to be honest, it's not very thorough. They changed our bed once. The hotel restaurant has a live band every evening. It's almost always full. The food in the restaurant is great! The hotel is located on line 1. There are many restaurants and other hotels nearby. In general, not bad. Of the minuses, the rooms are shaky. Behind ours there was a transformer booth and one evening our lights were turned off. It made such a loud noise it was terrifying. And some employees were constantly communicating behind the wall, it felt like there were strangers in the toilet.
