Cocotree Resort Panglao

This was my third visit to Bohol and I've stayed in various accommodations, but I can't believe I've ever experienced such a terrible stay. I don't usually write reviews because I'm lazy, but this time, I'm so angry I'm writing this. We checked in at 1 a.m. and went to bed at 2 a.m. Suddenly, at 2:30 a.m., the bell rang, and the staff member said they gave us the wrong room and we had to change rooms. At 2:30 a.m. (3:30 a.m. Korean time), we were going crazy. We refused and went back to sleep. Five minutes later, the bell rang again, and the staff member demanded a room change, saying she'd be scolded by her boss. After a long argument, we finally settled for the same room, but I was so angry and frustrated that I couldn't sleep properly. We checked out without breakfast, and they didn't even apologize. In fact, they glared at us in the morning and said something in our language... I'm requesting a refund. If they don't resolve this properly, I'll file another complaint.

It opened in 2024, so it's clean. The pool is also a decent size. You can choose from 4 breakfast options. The location is far from Alona Beach, and there's nothing around the accommodation.
