Our overall stay in Holabay Resort was truly relaxing and worth it. All staff were very accomodating and efficient to all our requests which really made us feel valued as guests. And the POOL, t’was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!Kudos!!!👏👏👏💯💯💯✅ ✅ ✅

The stay was average overall. The hot shower didn’t work, and the air conditioner was dripping quite a lot, which was inconvenient. However, the staff were very accommodating and quickly offered to change my room, which I really appreciated. Their helpful attitude made the experience better despite the maintenance issues.

Everything was good during my stay, but I was charged 200 PHP at checkout because the small towel was dirty. I used it since no rag or mop was provided after showering, so I assumed it was okay to use. Unfortunately, I was charged for it.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but just a heads-up to future guests—bring your own extra mop or rag to avoid unexpected charges
