This resort is 10 minutes walk from Pasir Bogak Beach. Less tourists here so more privacy and the beach has good shades cause there are many trees along the beach. But we also found a few unleashed dogs, some got trigerred by the movement of jetskis & motorcycles hence tried to chase them, making us felt uncomfortable. We had a private tour to pulau giam run by a local guy named yahya who offered good price & interesting experience. Eateries available but not as many as in Teluk Nipah. Near to coral bay resort which has a duty free shop at the hotel lobby & the price offered is cheaper compared to other shops in Pangkor. Lots of taxis too so very convenient to move around the island. Buffet breakfast and amenities provided are very basic.

The room is good..wide..basic amenities but no fridge and mirror (only in the toilet) beach is just 100m away..food stalls and shops just nearby..the swimming pool is big and nice..breakfast is ok but if you stay for 3 days, it might be bored coz it’s serve the same menu..overall ok..

Check in process fast and smooth. The room very clean. Simple breakfast and enough for me. Near to the pasir bogak beach within 5 min walk. About the hotel all good. The only thing that bother is too many dogs outside the hotel and beach area. Majlis daerah manjung should look this issue.

1.Room not ready before 3pm,but when i check for 3x times, then recep said room is ready but need to caj RM 30 per hour, like ? Room ready but hold the guest till 3pm ? That time already 1:30PM ,till i complaint wanted to speak to manager, then there allowed me to c/in at 2PM , still hold ? Why don’t you just allowed us to c/in immediately since the room is ready ???? If we do our own transport, we can go to other place while waiting for room. I pay RM 500 for 2night, but still need to pay extra ?? For early c/in at 1:30PM ? 2.The IRON room is horrible, i was sweating because inside the room there’s was NO fan, NO AC ,the iron make my dress torn,my newly dress, the temperature stated the most lowest minimum ,but still my dress was torn and I can’t wear it.There have 3 iron but ONLY 1 can use in proper. 3.Shower head was fall & almost hit my son, our bedsheets have a lot of stains. 4.AC was hot, already been setting at 20 celsius, but still hot 5.DM plug was not in good condition, the box is open and unsafe 6. Most disappointed is we here to celebrate our 6 years wedding anniversary but this is happen.My husband drive from PD at 4AM to come here and this is what we get ? So disappointed.
Response from Property: Greeting from Pangkor Holiday Resort! 1. Our resort's standard check in time is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm. This is the standard check in and check out time in most hotels and Resorts in our country. Our front office Supervisor had done her best to obtained the approval from the Manager and allowed your request to check in early at 2pm without any cost incurred. We apologise for the slight delay in obtaining the approval. 2. We have equipped our ironing room with stand fan for the convenience of our guest. We are sorry for the damage of your new dress. If this matter were brought to our immediate attention we would have been able to asess the damage and rectify the matter. Nevertheless point noted and we will improve on the matter. 3. On the shower head matter, our maintenance has checked and found it intact without any damage. We are sorry about stains on the mattress but this matter would have been rectify if you had inform our Front Office. We take note of this as well. 4. Our nation as whole is undergoing phenomenal increase in temparature. Pangkor is also having the same issue. Our air cond is well service and maintained. Due to the weather condition it takes longer than usual to feel the coldness. 5. Our Chief Maintenance have checked the DM plug and found it to be in good conditioned. We take note of this as well. We thank you once again for highlighting all the concern. We take note of every concern raised by your goodself. Thank you

My first trip to Pangkor sinve 2014. Last minute booking, and lucky to be here. Nice small resort but with sizable pool. Good simple breakfast. Room is very small, staff is very helpful too. Shops and restaurant are just a stone throw away

The staff at Pangkor Holiday resort are really lovely people who try incredibly hard to make your stay a pleasant one. We booked the honeymoon package and the staff maintained excellent communication in the lead up to our arrival. They also provided everything that they said that they would to the letter. The only drawback of the stay was that our chalet looked out over the pool which had a fair bit of screaming kids. Also the complimentary breakfast could have been a bit better but those are minor details. All in all the staff were excellent and really went all out to make our stay as wonderful as possible.

My family,24 of us checked in Pangkor Holiday Resort for our Christmas holidays on 25/12/22. As we reached the jetty, the person in charge who had promised hotel transfer asked us to find our own taxis. After some negotiation at last he arrived to the jetty to arrange for our transport.Once we reach the resort, were given few family rooms and twin sharing rooms for our group.We were “amazed” with the room condition. Extremely dirty, unkept and old. Stained comforter and bed sheets,dirty toilet walls and wild boar loitering at wee hours.Refer photos attached. We have made arrangements for dinner at the cafe , it was our Christmas dinner. We have repeatedly inform the sales person that it was family Christmas dinner and requested them to ensure the requested menu is served. Again they disappointed us with array of wrong dishes which my family members were unable to eat or compromise .The dining area were not only dirty but also very much unkept.Please refer photos attached Their daily morning breakfast was also a shame as not only no food were replenished but there were also not enough utensils like cutleries, cups and plates provided In short ,our holiday were ruined. They did partially refund us but our holiday mood and festival spirit were not totally spoiled as we had to spent even more for transport and food outside the resort.Extremely disappointing

Hotel - a lot of ants on the floor of the room, there are mosquitoes at night, mineral water is not provided in the room, we asked for water to be provided but the reception at the counter said that the resort does not provide drinking water, after talking to the resort employee who came to fix the air conditioner in the room, the employee gave us 2 bottles water. Coffee is provided but no water. Mineral water with a price of less than rm1 cannot be provided> There is no phone facility in the room, we contacted the hotel through the phone number on the website but were not served. Only replied after a few hours. Bath towels are only provided when requested, only provided for 1 day use The beds are old, and dented. Pool - big play room - no fan/aircond hotel cafe is not open during weekdays due to occupancy Outside restaurant Restaurants and grocery stores nearby but need a vehicle to get there. Restaurants nearby are cheap and delicious overall not satisfied with the stays.

The resort located at the strategic place, few minutes walk to beach and lots of food/ restaurant around. However, my stay was really disappointed by the service of the staff/ resort. I booked and paid the resort via agoda for 3 pax and 2 nights. During check-in the room assigned to me was only 2 pax's bed and breakfast. Talked to the staff and my agoda receipt present to them, they insisted their system shows only 2 pax even thought i paid for 3 via agoda. No compensation no refund. The breakfast served disappointed as well. No choices, no egg, no soup noodle.

I went to Pangkor Island numerous time and this resort might be the best i have ever been. I went with my wife for our late honeymoon and our children we put to room next to us. They got connected room so my children is just a knock away. the resort got 3 type of pool. So i got to hangout with my wife while my youngest splashing at baby's pool.. The resort got many instagrammable port.. Eiffel tower caught my eyes the most because at night the tower shining with lights 😍😍 My children like panda statues the most ... and the best thing about this resort is they got games room. They also got chess deck and monopoly but need to ask the front desk there. The gave electric car and scooter car for my children for cheapeest price i have ever know. Definitely coming back here again for family day next time. Thumbs up Pangkor Holiday Resort!!!👍 👍
