First, i so sorry that i'm can review after several times of my stay at this hotel. This hotel have a good & strategic location for business and vacation, plus the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. And thank you to Mr. Decga and team, who always help and give me excelent service during stay, i hope you and your team do it to another guest so we as a guest always stay at Swiss Belhotel Pangkalpinang when we came to Pangkalpinang and the room is spacious, clean, and maybe can put a sofa in the bedroom. A little advice from me, maybe your parking lot need to tidied again but overall i fell comfortable stay at Swiss Belhotel Pangkalpinang. Once again, thank you for your service and hospitality, keep it up ya.....

The location of this hotel is strategic as it is situated in the city center of Pangkalpinang. However, in terms of its service, I believe it is lacking. I accidentally spilled a drink on the hotel bed, but the bedsheet was not changed. While the hotel is very affordable, cleanliness and comfort are essential to me. Thank you
