DON'T BOOK ROOMS HERE AT ALL. I TOLD AT THE RECEPTION THAT THERE'S NO ELECTRICITY IN MY ROOM AT ALL BUT THEY DIDN'T DO ANY THING ABOUT THAT. AND ASKED ME TO SHIFT TO ANOTHER ROOM. THERE WAS ELECTRICITY ISSUSE ONLY IN MY ROOM I CHECKED. IN THE HOTEL IN THE GALLERY AND OTHER PLACES LIGHT WAS THERE. WHY SHOULD I SHIFT TO ANOTHER ROOM WHEN I HAVE PAID FOR THE ROOM WITH BETTER VIEW. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME AT THE TIME OF BOOKING OR SHOULDN'T HAVE ALLOCATED ME THIS ROOM. AT LEAST THEY COULD HAVE SOLVED THE ISSUSE BEFORE ALLOCATING. WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PLACE EVER. HOTEL INDUSTRY M H AND THEY DON'T KNOW KI CUSTOMER KI ISSUE KAISE SOLVE KRNE H. Don't fall for the views in the picture. Probably one of those properties which try to overplayed the view card to hide their badly maintained properties. They don't clearly mention if the room is valley facing or not. Very badly maintained rooms.

View Awesome, location awesome, service superb, pool amazing, waiting area beautiful. Bed size very small rest everything superb if you are with family ask for big bed rooms before booking. Bed, pillow very poor

The rooms were in pathetic condition, dirty uncomfortable beds, broken switch boards, leaking taps, spider webs everywhere, no phone in rooms, dumb staff members fighting among themselves. Seemed like a ******* place. Even after making full payment online in advance, we left the place in 10 mins. Place is secluded from the main market. Dear travellers NEVER ever opt for this hotel even if you get for free. Booking apps if you are concerned of your reputation pls unlist this hotel immediately.

We had a lovely short break just after Christmas. The junior suite was spacious and well furnished, though the electricals could have done with an overhaul and an electric kettle would have been welcome. The view from our first floor suite balcony was lovely and we enjoyed having our breakfast there. Late evenings were spent relaxing in the open by the pool with family and food. The in house restaurant isn't functioning, so plan some delivery time when placing your food orders with reception.
