The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The room is not big. It is very clean. Check out and put the key directly in the report box. There is a very large farmer’s market across the road. There is a fish shop that is very good.

The hotel has only opened for six months. The location is clean and the window is sealed. Although it is along the street, it is very quiet. The hotel restaurant is a highlight. I stayed for two nights and went to eat three meals. It was delicious and saved time. The service was also very good. I was responsive and asked. I will stay next time. The price is cheap. It is rare to park. Not far away and not expensive

Hotel Botanica is situated in a quiet residential street next to the nice Botanical Gardens of Belgrade, just around the corner from a busy street that can take you directly to the town center with a bus or a 20-min walk. The hotel itself has a very neat, professional and luxurious vibe, with a meticulously clean extra-large room with a huge bathtub (!!!), and is, quite frankly, very high level compared to how affordable it is. Honestly, I was mindblown that a hotel room of this level could be found for 70 euros anywhere, let alone in a place full of tourist traps like Belgrade. The staff was very friendly and even accommodated my early check-in request free of charge, despite having no obligation at all to do so. The Wi-Fi was fast and dependable as well. The breakfast was a la carte as opposed to the usual buffet fare you'd expect, but not in order to skimp on guests: all the items I tried were incredibly tasty, with gigantic portions that made me feel a bit bad over not being able to finish them completely. I especially recommend their Bruschette with Prosciutto, which is a very novel and delicious idea. I can't recommend this place enough, it is truly a hidden gem.

Let start with the positive a) the area is lovely, close to many points including the Danube (for a nice Saturday stroll) b) the entrance of the hostel is clean and inviting c) The ladies at reception couldn't have been more helpful d) the beds were comfortable The less positive: -The lounge/living area is small with a large white table which is occupied from morning till evening by Digital Nomads all talking loudly into their microphones, whilst tapping away loudly ontheir laptops -Yes, there is a garden - but if the weather is nice, the same noise levels + there is smoke from the smokers. If the weather is rainy when you are there, wihich is was for me, then you can hide in your room for peace and quiet or go outside in the rain. To conclude: the public areas are noisy and not welcoming at all. So, if you are going for one nights stay, then the Good People Hostel is more than fine, BUT if your are there for longer, please choose another place where you can sit and also think.

The staff were welcoming and thoughtful, the location is central but in a quiet pocket. Very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and tourist sites. The room felt luxurious for the low price tag. I highly recommend staying here while in Belgrade. Thanks to the staff for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

I’m really thankful with the staff at the reception. They were very helpful during my late check in, and also gave me good recommendations about where to eat and how to get to some places I was interested in visiting. My stay in Belgrade was very short but if I come back I’ll definitely stay in City Nest Modern & Cosy Suites.

I stayed in this boutique hotel for four nights while in Belgrade and the experience was marvelous! It is worth the money. The included breakfast was served at the next-door Boutique2 Restaurant and amazing a la carte choices are available. The hotel does not have an elevator but it has a fancy spiral stairway. The location is in the heart of a busy pedestrian street, Knez Mihailova lined with shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Maison Royale is mere 10 minute walk from either the Republic Square and the Belgrade Fortress. The fortress provides amazing views of the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. There is a more modern mall just a few steps away where there is grocery store, a Starbucks, restaurants and bars. The hotel provide transfers (for a fee) to and from the Nikola Tesla Airport. Parking (with a daily fee) is in the next door mall but has to be reserved when booking. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade and I would stay here again given the opportunity!

Lovely little bouquet Hotel. Not to big with lovely views of the river and great and intimate staff and atmosphere. Food is fresh and can really feel the family connection. The staff are really amazing for taking the extra second to get to know you and assist where possible. 😊👌

The short version is that the location is good on the bus route and is within walkable distance of the waterfront and its awesome shopping mall. There is food available on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel meets basic needs. It is dated and tired-looking however for the price I can happily live with that and would gladly stay there again without hesitation. The booking for my teenage daughter and myself went smoothly online. Air Serbia changed our flight and the hotel was able to change our booking accordingly with no fuss. My sister who studies there had stayed there when she first arrived in Belgrade and recommended it. On arrival the driveway is also the parking lot. This means that if coming through with a lot of baggage that it can be a bit of a slalom course making it from the pavement to the front door. If you bring your own car, it means parking is limited and if someone parks behind you it will not be possible to get out without their car being moved. There is and awkward step required to get into the front door which could benefit from a small ramp to help with rolling luggage. The lobby is small and no frills with a small seating area and is adjacent to the dining room. The reception staff were approachable and spoke good English which was a big help as I know almost no Serbian and was struggling to learn it from my efforts before the trip thus, I was limited to a few polite words like please and thank you and unable to make conversation in Serbian. Be aware there is a tourist tax to pay on arrival. There is a small lift which was handy for checking in and checking out with luggage. On moving from the lift to the room there was only a short transit and the room locks worked well. The room was simple and met our needs having ample closet space however no hangers. There was a writing desk which I used for meals and a fridge under the desk which was put to good use during the trip to store food and milk. My balding dome had no need of the hair dryer so I did not try it out. The room overlooked the carpark/driveway and the street which was good enough to allow me to assess how busy the street was and get a sense of the weather. The beds were comfortable however the pillows were not at all plump even when I stacked a couple of them so on my next trip, I will vacuum pack my own pillow from home. The bathroom is where the shabbiness was felt. The sink was not properly fixed to the wall so moved if I pressed on it. The sink was large enough for me to do laundry. There was enough shelf space adjacent to it to store items and for me to hang my medium sized washbag. The shower enclosure was tight to the point of almost being tight and sliding lass doors opened on 2 sides as the only way of getting into and out of it. The doors kept derailing which was the other problem apart from the sink’s instability. There was plenty of hot water and housekeeping provided a good supply of clean plush towels. On the Belgrade bypass so very handy for onward travel. The windows maybe need some adjustment becasue although they are double glazed we were still bothered by traffic noise at the front of the hotel. Our friends were in a room at the back of the hotel and they had a few bugs in the room from the trees behind. We were on motorcycles and when we arrived one of the staff immediately let us into a storage area where the bikes were locked away for the night. The room was very stylish and felt quite upmarket but the price was very reasonable. Had a very good meal in the large restaurant. Smoking is still common and although it is clear smoking should be in the rear part of the restaurant, there was a family smoking in the main part of the restaurant. Didn't bother us but something to be aware of.
