Clean and great location. Lacking in customer service - we were on the 18th floor, which was a good view but we had some party people beside us each night, keeping us up at night (3-4am) I would think security would notice and tell them to shut it down.
Pool was clean, hot pool was not functional.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful - alot to choose from and staff was constantly refreshing the food.

The hotel was great location and easy to get around. The here was a little mart and restaurant right next door and it was delicious and service was great too.

Once again we returned to this good hotel, in a very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and other hotels, close to shops, clean hotel, spacious and very comfortable rooms, good breakfast, very good service from all the staff, especially Karen, thank you very much, we will see you again God willing.

The front desk staff is very welcoming and responsive. But the hotel room itself is relatively poor, the room wall is all wooden partitions, the sound insulation is very poor, the room has a musty smell, the decoration is rough, the door will rub the ground when it is opened, and the light that taps the bathroom wall will be temporarily powered off, indicating that there may be bad circuit connections. The overall level is rough. So the facilities must give low points.

internet connection isn't great and that could be a problem. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room either. The location is not really far from the Via Argentina metro station and staff is very polite and helpful.
