The attitude of the front desk and the concierge service is very good. The water in the shower is very small and the water pressure is insufficient. On the day I left, a very unpleasant incident happened. I am 100% sure that my passport was placed on the sink, but I suddenly found it No, I thought I was screwed, but finally found it under the mattress! Who's insane to put a passport under a mattress? It's not clear that I want them to help find it, and give a tip if I find it? I advise everyone to be optimistic about your passport, and don't give them any chance to hide your passport!

Good hotel overall and great location in Panama. Safe area and easy access to sightseeing spots. Only issue is I was told I would get upgraded due to my Marriott Gold Status but at check-in I did not receive an upgrade. I was told it was fully booked, however, I know that wasn’t the case.

Excellent choice in Panama City, the rooms are perfect, neighbourhood is great with endless number of restaurants. Continental breakfast is amazing. We stayed here for 10 days, however 1 single issue did confuse & upset us: Here was the scenario explained to them: - 10 nights of stay - guest A&B stayed for the first 6 days. - guest A alone 7th day - guest A&C the last 3 nights. Told them upfront that 1 guest leaves & another will join later. They charged $27.5/day, admin fee to change a guest name!? This was after suggesting that we cancel with Trip.com & rebook again with the correct names. We told them it doesn’t make sense to do that & it was disappointing that they couldn’t offer any solution to a customer who just gave them 10 days of business & being a Riu Class member loyal to this chain.

Casco Viejo
The customer recommended, the old town, the hotel is also very beautiful, the room is a little small, the breakfast variety is not too much. The president lives nearby, so this piece of law and order is also very good. There is a fishing market nearby, there are many seafood stalls inside, and I will stay here next time.

The hotel is located in a good location relatively centrally located many things are to walk (although you have to walk longer). The rooms include TV and air conditioning but have a little down/old bake and are relatively loud or let sounds pass through windows and doors. The kitchen and the tools (panna, cotton, kitchen equipment, etc) were neither optical nor hygienic in good condition. Whoever wants to use them must clean them thoroughly for the first time. The food was good but is not described exactly what you eat there For example, order a beef burger (on request it is said that it's just beef, so beef is beef) And this is equipped with S*****en What is not described anywhere Although much is in the menu but not everything. Different things from the menu can not be ordered a reason is not called just that you can not be ordered these. The entry and checkout went relatively relaxed and smooth. A big shortage is that the staff speak almost exclusively Spanish except at the check-in desk there is additionally speaking English.
