Hotel Lisboa

The hotel is close to the subway station and the Binhai Boulevard. It takes only 7-8 minutes to walk to the Binhai Boulevard by the sea, which is very convenient for viewing the night view. The attitude of the service staff is OK. But we had a horrible experience at this hotel. We booked for three nights, and on the first night my friend got two lumps on her body, but we didn't pay much attention to it. As a result, I woke up at 2:00 a.m. the next morning because of the itch, and there were more than a dozen bites on my body. I also got two or three bites. We explained the situation to the hotel front desk the next morning, hoping that they could help us handle it because we had already paid in full in advance and were in a hurry to go on vacation, so we couldn't change hotels. The staff at the hotel front desk apologized and said they would help us deal with it. When we returned to the hotel, the quilt cover and mattress had indeed been changed, and they should have performed an insect removal treatment, but the bugs were not eliminated. It became even crazier. We were bitten again at one or two o'clock in the morning. In the end, my friend had nearly 100 bites on his body, and I had 20-30 bites on my body. It was so itchy that I had to take allergy medicine to fall asleep. I feel that the hotel did not handle the situation properly. They should have asked us to change rooms immediately, sealed the room with bugs immediately, and hired professional pest control personnel to deal with it.
