Very Clean, food for dinner was great. Service from bartender was awesome. No bad remarks. I had to leave super early am to catch a flight....wish I could have enjoyed it longer.

The breakfast variety is OK, just average. The room is relatively small, and now there is a balcony that is enough for one person. The bathroom is clean, but because the hotel is relatively old, the shower room and floor drain have some smell. The service is OK. The swimming pool is relatively small, the gym has complete equipment, a sauna room, and a single-person bathing room. Overall satisfied~

Bed was unbearabley hard. They disrespect single travelers by charging them guest fees. when they charge same for double occupancy.

No VIP upgrade, however this is a systemic ******* issue. WiFi did not work in the room, likely because it was a corner room and router was not strong. Breakfast was a Zoo. Nice hotel, but staff seemed disinterested.

This is a great value for the money. Quiet rooms. Excellent service, wonderful breakfast, service in English at front desk, close to walk to Ocean or uber/taxi to other locations.

Hotel was very clean. It was busy but not over crowded. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was tasty and you had many choices. The Hotel is around an hour’s pleasant walk along the ocean to the old city.

The house keeping team didn't clean our toilet bowl 1 of our 2 night stay.
I called 444 for a hair blower around 6 pm but no one drop it off until the next morning we asked the front desk on our way after breakfast, then some one drop it off quickly.
The return air was quite noisy even we turned off the AC unit.
