There were cockroaches crawling in the room. The hotel provided breakfast until 10:00, but the kids went downstairs to eat and the food was no longer provided at 9:20. On the first night, we had dinner in the hotel lobby at 9:30. We ordered our food and sat there waiting. Who knew that they would give us a takeaway box and said we couldn't eat here because they were going to get off work. We asked if we could finish eating quickly and leave. They said no and wanted to kick us out. They didn't tell us when we ordered that we couldn't eat here. Their service was terrible. They also charged us a 20% tip.
