The hotel is fine. The gym could do with some cleaning, the floors didn't seem to have been vacuum cleaned for weeks. The breakfast is good. The room was comfortable

This is the cheapest and most average Waldorf Astoria I have ever stayed in. In comparison, if this is a five-star standard, then the Waldorf Astoria in Shanghai is obviously a six-star!

Nice hotel, but had a little problem with the front desk. They charged much more than Ctrip. Later I asked Ctrip to extend my stay and we didn't need to change the room. Ctrip is really awesome.
