Very comfortable and quiet stay over, there's a mall next door which is convenient and Kevin was so helpful and has a lovely personality.

El hotel es bueno, pero creo que podían escoger otra temporada más baja para hacer las remodelaciones del restaurante y de la entrada principal.

The hotel is nice, but I think they could choose another low season to do the renovations to the restaurant and the main entrance.

El hotel no es muy grande en tamaño, pero ofrece una buena relación de calidad/precio. Sobre todo si aprovechas las promociones esta plataforma.
Excelente ubicación, tienes el Metromall a unos metros, puedes llegar/ir desde/hasta el aeropuerto usando el tren , y cruzando la calle está Los Pueblos, donde encontrarás otras tiendas, posiblemente con precios más bajos.
Tiene piscina y restaurante, ambos abiertos hasta las 11pm y un gimnasio pequeño al que puedes acceder 24/7.
Habitación muy limpia y cómoda, acceso con tarjeta, con una cafetera y dos cápsulas  de cortesía, así como una botella de agua. Tina de baño y regadera con agua caliente. Plancha y tabla para planchar, clóset, frigorífico y una caja fuerte.
Adquirir habitación con desayuno es buena opción, se sirve desde las 6 de la mañana, es buffet con opciones limitadas pero seguro hay algo para todos los gustos. Si te gusta desayunar temprano o tienes un vuelo a las 9am, es una opción excelente, puede ser difícil encontrar donde desayunar temprano por esos lados y en el aeropuerto será más caro.
El personal es muy amable y te permiten hacer check-in desde la mañana, aunque eso depende de la disponibilidad, no es obligación pero te ayudan si está en sus posibilidades.

The hotel is not very large in size, but offers a good quality/price ratio. Especially if you take advantage of the promotions on this platform.
Excellent location, you have the Metromall a few meters away, you can get to/go from/to the airport using the train, and across the street is Los Pueblos, where you will find other stores, possibly with lower prices.
It has a pool and restaurant, both open until 11pm, and a small gym that you can access 24/7.
Very clean and comfortable room, card access, with a coffee maker and two complimentary capsules, as well as a bottle of water. Bath tub and shower with hot water. Iron and ironing board, closet, refrigerator and a safe.
Acquiring a room with breakfast is a good option, it is served from 6 in the morning, it is a buffet with limited options but there is surely something for all tastes. If you like to have an early breakfast or have a flight at 9am, it is an excellent option. It can be difficult to find where to have an early breakfast in those parts and at the airport it will be more expensive.
The staff is very friendly and they allow you to check-in from the morning, although that depends on availability, it is not mandatory but they will help you if it is within their capabilities.

It had already been a long day of travel, but I was excited to get to my room to drop off my bags and go explore Panama a little.  We were only there for less than 24 hours so time was super valuable.  Upon entering the hotel, it seemed a little dated, dirty, and worn.  The location was extremely convenient since it was so close to the airport ($8-9 Uber black ride, $4-5 Uber X) and we would be there just to rest our head before our 9am flight.  After waiting for 25 minutes for the two people in front of me to be checked in (only one desk person), I handed my passport and credit card over and I was promptly informed that I did not have a reservation.  Instantly I looked on my Bonvoy app to confirm I did in fact have a reservation, but that was not enough for him.  Even though I gave him the confirmation number and showed him the reservation for a two bed room.  I had to go through my emails to find the confirmation email with room rate. I even checked in via the app to try to expedite the process and showed him I was now checked-in. Finally after about 30 minutes he gave me a room, while a nice line of 5 or 6 pilots and flight attendants waiting to check-in mounded behind me.  I apologized to them while departing to my room, the desk guy did appear to care they were waiting.  I was traveling with my elderly mother, so I just wanted to get her to the room so she could relax for a minute.  After opening the door, guess what I was in a single king bed room, definitely not what I booked.  I left my mom at the door so we did not have to lug our bags downstairs again.  The line was not down to 4 people.  Luckily they saw me and the pilots felt bad and let me jump in line.  Not once did the deskman apologize for anything.  He even had an attitude about it.   The beds were acceptable, but not as comfortable as other Courtyards I have stayed.  The room looked well worn.  The hallway did not even look like it was vacuumed, food particles were on the ground!  The next morning breakfast was great for a Courtyard, the only bright star for this dump.  The server was extremely attentive and pleasant. The food was pretty good.  Maybe the bar was set so low with the other experiences here. I should have went with my instincts and kept my original reservations that were deeper in the city.  When I come back to Panama, this will definitely not be my hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights - one on either end of a recent trip to Panama with my parents and a friend. The booking process was simple and smooth, check-in was really easy with no surprises, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the cleaning measures in place during COVID-19 as we saw them constantly cleaning and wiping down surfaces at breakfast, and we even had to wear gloves to serve ourselves the breakfast at the buffet. We were also very grateful when they were able to put together little lunchboxes for us because we were flying out really early and wouldn't be able to stop for breakfast on our last morning. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. And I liked that they had extra sanitizing wipes in each room too. We didn't get a chance to use the pool while we were there, but it looked nice from our window! Haha oh and the free parking right out front was super convenient. Very grateful for that! All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend if you need a hotel near the airport.

Panama has become a hub of connection between flights. If your expectation is over 5 hours, it is not worth staying at the always lonely Tocumen airport, even if it is in the troubled VIP rooms. The best thing is to make immigration (very fast) and leave the airport. Or to a tour through the modern Panama city, a shopping centre or to meet the impressive Panama Channel, but sometimes you just want to rest and you're worth investing in a hotel. Courtyard, next to Metromall, just over 10 minutes away from the airport, is a great option. It's a pity that there is no shuttle from the hotel for the transfer. You will need to take a taxi (US$ 15), a private (US$ 10) or a car per application (US$ 4 or 5). The Courtyard is a paradise for the tired. Excellent room, first bath, super comfortable bed and a basic air conditioning. There is a possibility of contracting a package of hours, cheaper than a hotel day-to-day.
