Overall the hotel was ok. However, the front desk service was terrible. Issues with customer service impacted my thoughts about the hotel overall. I was charged double the price for incidentals. I had to go to customer service twice to resolve the matter. Inquired about early check-in ahead of my arrival and was told I would need to book an extra day. Arrived and was able to check in early for $35. However, when my friend arrived, she was charged $50 for early check in. Another member of our group had to switch rooms twice due to a plumbing issue. The initial room was a downgrade from their original room so they had to complain to the front desk to get switched again to a room that was comparable to their original room. We were told the room windows were tinted. Therefore, no one can see in the room. This is absolutely NOT TRUE! Lastly there is a roach problem. While at the indoor bar enjoying drinks, a roach sauntered across the counter top as if it didn’t have a care in the world. Thankfully, we never saw any roaches in our room. Overall the hotel location was nice, rooms are nice but dealing with the front desk was terrible.
