I would like to say that is a very disrespectful to find a woman interior dress in the room, the curtains was so dirty the was supposed to be white but is grey, and also the elevator and the entry door have serios problem is not normal that mostly of the is stoping.

The service attitude is very bad. You need to pay 1 USD for not even a cup of hot water. If the room needs cleaning, you need to make an appointment at the front desk one day in advance. The toilet in the room is leaking and the whole room is full of water. When we informed the front desk, the staff ignored us and sent us away with just a "know". We waited in the room for 5 hours and no one came to deal with it! Don't ever stay at this hotel. Finally, the request for a refund of 7 days' room fee was also rejected! The Panama agent should have inspected the hotel before going online, he is unreliable
