My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

The rooms are clean, the location (in the centre of panjim) is fabulous, and the staff is very helpful. There is no kitchen so for food you can either walk to a variety of excellent restaurants nearby or order through swiggy. Would highly recommend it for price conscious, 9 am-7pm business travellers who want a nice play to stay.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

Big and clean rooms. Had got deluxe room which was without attached balcony but the room was very spacious, organised and well maintained. Bathroom was bit small but was comfortable. Had pleasant stay at the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner options. Restaurant has tie-up with local eatery nearby which i did not try. Restaurant provided breakfast and quite good - they had methi paratha, bread with butter/jam/egg options. Overall pleasant and comfortable stay.
