First Recommendation for the this Hotel...Big No. We have booked the hotel for one day by seeing internet..they took 50 % booking amount immediately. During Check in they demanded balance amount, when I asked why you are asking now. Their Owner Mr. Vivek come and misbehaved with me and my family. Even he asked us to leave the premises and instructed his staff not to do check in. As I was with my family, compelled to pay and stay. One room alloted was not kept ready, AC not working, wall paint worning out. Then they changed the room. Very bad service being into the hospitality industry. Goa Tourism must act to such arrogant owner doing the misbehaviour with Guest...that also in Goa, which mainly into tourism as major business.

The hotel does not give a feel-good feeling as they don't serve meals. There is a limited staff. Toiletries and water are given only after demanding. Rooms were not blocked even after booking in advance on mmt. Kept the guest waiting when reached the hotel. Hygiene and cleanliness are ok. Staff are polite

The room was good. Very poor room service. Almost nil. Didn't clean the room even once during my three-night stay. Pathetic.

Hotel should provide minimum basic essentials as following good towel, toiletries which was not there, tea maker set which today all r providing. In rs 4000 i think fern, sun head, treebo, are much better option somi would rate my stay as average or below

No parking available if you are traveling by own vehicle. Staff is least bothered about your concerns, don't even offer chair or water even of you arrive on hot summer afternoon.

Location is good. Room was average but spacious. Had to ask for complimentary water bottle and tea kettle. Bathroom is very small. Paint of bathroom door at inside is peeling off. No toiletries or dental kit available in bathroom.
