The staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have many drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity.

The Fern Residency, Miramar is an ideal place for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff is polite and always helpful, making you feel at home. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Miramar Beach and close to the city. The breakfast spread was fresh and delicious with good variety. Overall, a wonderful experience that blends comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Would definitely return!

We had a family function. In July 2024 and in March 2025. The staff was helpful, courteous, cooperative and accommodated our requests. Both the times the buffet was very good and more than sufficient for 70 (average) persons. The hall on the 7th floor has a nice view and is spacious to hold 50-60 persons for parties, conferences, meeting etc.

This was my second stay at The Fern Residency Miramar, and once again, it lived up to my expectations. From the moment of check-in, the experience was seamless and pleasant. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The food was excellent, with a great spread for breakfast that had a variety of options to choose from. The quality and taste of the meals were commendable, making the dining experience enjoyable. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of efficiently. Overall, another wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable and hassle-free experience in Goa! Looking forward to visiting again.

We had organised a lunch at restaurant for 60 people, the courtesy, service and the food served were all good, special thanks to Rabi for leading his team so well. Looking forward to many more events in future as well. Met the GM as well, congratulations to him for directing and grooming his team so well.

Manager Ravi denied to give extra glass as 2 glass which were there in room was used for tea & water by me only . He also denied to give plates for French fries which we ordered from same hotel.. I stayed 9th times in a row in this hotel from last 1 year but first time I was In need of such things & all were denied ..much pathetic & sad gesture from ROOM DINING & specifically from Mr. RAVI.

1. One building having all 26 rooms. Nothing much in building apart from pool table. 2. Very near to dona paula jetty and miramar beach. You can visit miramar beach from behind of building. 3. Not many food option but food is served quick and good. 4. Free WIFI is given
