*Warm smiles, great views, and staff that feels like sunshine* Checked into Novotel Panjim expecting a regular stay. Got a pleasant surprise instead. Ankita greeted us with the kind of smile that makes you feel instantly welcome. She even ensured we got a higher-floor room with a killer view. Win. We asked about renting a scooter. Before we could blink, she was already trying to arrange one for us. (We chose the scenic walk instead, but A+ for hustle!) The entire staff? Incredibly warm, courteous, and helpful. Usually, you're lucky to meet one genuinely nice person at a hotel. At Novotel Panjim, it felt like kindness was part of the uniform. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, but Nora's Cantina totally made up for it. Great food, even better cocktails, and a server who made us feel more like friends than guests. A special shout-out to Ankita for being the MVP. Warm, efficient, flexible with our checkout, and always just a message away. One of the best Novotel stays I’ve had (and I’ve stayed at a few). Honestly? I’d pick this place over several five-stars. Already planning round two.

We had a wonderful stay here during our visit in mid-June. The staff is so warm, welcoming and hospitable and really went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable. Special shout out to the front desk who helped us with various suggestions and tips and staff members Felinderina and Glen for their exceptional and warm service! We would love to be back soon!

The hotel is good.Breakfast was great. Excellent service provided by House Keeping person Mr Chandan ,He is a very polite person, take care every time when we called him.Our stay is memorable and I will recommend this hotel for business meetings.
