Renuka was very helpful in making changes to my new booking on spicejet as the flight was delayed by 5 hours, i want to thank the mgmt to have such staff breakfast was awsome with good breakfast, thomas was helpful at breakfast.but special thanks to renuka god bless her

Nice view from the room. Great ambience and the services are very good, Very helpful staffs specially Irshad, Vishal, Muskan and Roshni from my room booking till the checkout everything was excellent. Hotel location was perfect to my convenience to visit the venue where we attended the function. Would like to stay again for next visit to Goa!!

Hotel is excellent, Room was very clean with excellent service. Thomas and Shiva are very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast is also excellent with good options.

the staff were pretty chill and they served the best food possible especially the restaurant manager mr. thomas who took care of us and gave the excellent service every day. he took care of me and my sis with good cheese masala dosas and black coffees. he personally took care of all the guest and gave the best service. thank you sir and the staff.

The Cresent was very good at service and all the staff was good happy and helping others and others guests we will come back again. And I would like to specially thanks to thomas and mashak for there services we also want to tell other guest to come at Cresent and check it all right from coming of the hotel to returning back we were taken well care of it Thanks for the team also one special to mention bhaba shankar from house keeping To keep our room clean and thanks to the management.
