I checked in to The Crescent, Panjim on November 22, 2025, after a incredibly harrowing experience at another hotel, and I must say it was like a breat of fresh air. Top notch room, hygiene and service, especially the breakfast and dinner superheaded by F&B manager Thomas D'Souza. He is incredibly courteous, generous and goes above and beyond for hospital guests. The continental menu served was the best, and during breakfast we had chicken salami and masala dosa were the highlights! Overall great experience and would recommend it my family and friends! #VivaLaGoa

Service is so amazing & the especially the manger Thomas is so kind and supportive person also kind to help putting food in the rooms for the team who were coming late, we have a good memory of this, shubham and renuka from reception were great at checkin. Thanks from the nfdc team. 🤗

The F&B manager Mr Thomas and front desk Mr Shubham & Renuka have been very courteous and helpful in their services. Mr thomas is also very helpful in serving all guests coming to breakfast and dine in the restaurant.
