I booked two rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. We arrived to the property and the staff was rude, they told me that I booked just one room, I had my reservation and confirmation with me, but they didn’t care. I was dissapointed about the way they handle the situation, the lack of customer service was bad, they didn’t even offer options to solve the issue. This is not a free service, we are paying for it, they could do better. At the end I left to find a different hotel.
