住了那麼多酒店，這是第一次給差評，138的價格説高不高説低不低，但是體驗感相當的差，根本配不上138這個價格。
首先，酒店前台服務員，板着一張像別人欠她幾百萬的臉，第一次來盤州，看到這樣的服務，****掃興。第二，説説酒店的水，真是讓我大開眼界了，雖然説要節約用水，酒店洗手池的水超級細超級細細細一小股，用杯子接個刷牙水都要等半天，讓我一度懷疑這地方旱災才這麼強制節約用水，一查這裏根本沒有旱災，還經常下雨，常年潮濕。第三，來説説酒店的電，就沒見過有酒店的燈這麼暗的，簡直可以用昏黃兩字來形容，看書都看不了！而且！！！！第一次見到酒店到11點左右自動停電的！！！害得我手機電都沒充滿！！！第四，衞生極差，上一個客人留下的搖頭都還在，毛巾黑漆漆的。最後，真的是讓人太開眼界了，如此差的服務，加上如此摳門強制顧客用水用電，真是讓人無語，不得不吐槽！！！！請大家避雷，這根本配不上138的價格！！！！

酒店整體環境還算不錯，附近就是體育場，體育場下面是個大超市，吃飯購物都跟方便，美中不足的晚上是蚊子有點多，建議放置一些驅蚊的蚊香片，周圍城中村養雞的比較多，公雞打鳴的也比較厲害。

酒店環境可以，一次性用品也都有～床也好睡，可以點贊！但是！大早上9點10點，外面走廊上打掃衞生的阿姨一直在説話，聊天，呼機一直超大聲，我們全部被吵醒了！真服了！聽的清清楚楚，真的特別吵！！！！

設施老舊，空調壞了一個，房間燈光很暗，烏漆麻黑的，淋浴間直接背光看不見，內部設施非常不好，不會再選擇這家，各方面都很一般，早上陽光直射，窗簾遮光也不好，直接刺眼#房間設施#衞生
