退房超過九分鐘要扣一半房費，直接住那麼多酒店沒遇到過，鬧了之後要好評才退房費，房費還扣了小費！我直接沒聽過住酒店還要扣小費的又不是什麼高級五星級酒店，***開眼界，前台服務也差，跟叫花子一樣，誰差你錢一樣！
