房間設施設備齊全，周邊環境不錯，交通很方便公交車站就在酒店門口，房間乾淨整潔，服務員很客氣禮貌服務態度很好，整體感覺很好，推薦一下。

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台服務熱情，周到，客房打掃非常及時，高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想。水杯忘記了還會保存好打電話聯繫我回來取，每次來盤州都衹住他家酒店，這次也是非常滿意的一次入住體驗

很喜歡這裏的裝修和氛圍，窗外就是湖景，停車也很方便，衞生乾淨，服務態度也很好，他們家的早餐很好吃，採光很好，早上起來就能呼吸新鮮空氣，值得推薦。

前面是馬路後面是公園，環境還行。部份設施陳舊，洗手液擠不出來，馬桶銹水流得馬桶上到處都是。初以為擦不掉，結果我們自己擦掉了。三天兩晚，從入住到離開，都沒有人來清理。最不能忍的是，沒標價的東西，居然收錢。幸好現場讓他們驗房，不然聽他們的，走了才發現多扣了錢，怎麼理論？
