第一天入住的時候去廁所找紙結果沒找到紙 找到了個垃圾 第二天凌晨五點多打電話給前台 問幾點前退房 前台説兩點前 本來想睡到一點起床收拾退房 剛好能睡八個小時 結果早上八點 廁所水管爆炸了 滿地板都是水 前台讓工作人員來弄了 弄好了出去後工作人員並沒有把門關上 我想問問這意思是我可以走了嗎 還是説讓我開着門睡覺 本來就是在家鬱悶來紅果放鬆一下 這一弄更鬱悶了 翻來覆去兩個小時才睡着 也導致睡眠時間不足 起床後很難受 酒店人員根本沒有站在客人的角度去考慮客人睡夠了嗎 從頭到尾沒有對客人説過一句抱歉的話 安撫的話 那怕説一句不好意思 都不至於那麼生氣

環境衞生一般，床單上不知道什麼印子
房間換氣扇聲音大得根本睡不了覺，我帶了耳塞也吵得睡不着，一晚上都在吵，沒有開關根本關不掉
一百多的酒店連一次性拖鞋都沒有 太垃圾了

雖然是個老酒店，房間設施設備老舊，但是衞生真的很臟，雖然價格便宜，但是衞生也要弄乾凈吧！入住的體驗很差。

房間很寬敞、整潔，前台妹妹服務好。地理位置很好，吃東西方便，附近各種美食，旁邊有盤州農貿市場；酒店門前面就有夜市一條街。公交站不到200米，可以直達盤州站。是我住過性價比最高的酒店。

每次去盤州都住的他家，但是這次體驗不是很好，衞生間感覺沒打掃過，前台也因為沒有在線下訂房態度明顯不一樣，住了一晚上第二天也沒人打掃，空調衹能冷風，電熱毯也用不了，因為回去很晚了就沒有再折騰説換房。

訂房的一個價，扣費一個價，欺騙消費者，扣費還多扣了十幾塊，還弄什麼雜費，就衹睡了一晚上就不知道哪來的雜費。黑心商家。
