自駕去昆明途徑盤州，入住漢庭酒店，酒店位置鬧中取靜，新的酒店房間衞生乾淨寬敞明亮舒適，前台幾位小妹妹笑臉相迎熱情接待，酒店有自己的免費地下停車場，早餐品種可以，周邊餐飲也很方便。強力推薦！

續住的訂單，經過和酒店前台溝通，房間換到了高樓層，房間設施完備，寬敞安靜舒適，但早餐過於簡單，和購買餐劵時前台去所描述的“早餐豐富”有一定差距，和其他漢庭酒店也有一定差距，希望進一步提升。總體而言性價比不錯，值得入住！

衞生：衞生有一説一同價位還是算很乾凈，比較整潔。
環境：環境各方面都簡單舒適的，
服務：服務也就是説個別的前台，看着你那個態度很讓人生氣，我每個月在這個酒店住幾天 沒那個前台是你這種態度 我不知道得罪過你還是咋個，上次給你差評，我都改過了，現在看着我總讓我感覺你在針對我，説麻煩讓你開個發票，你讓我自己掃碼開，説你用電腦比較方便，你滿臉不舒服，想給你説一句這個是服務行業，自己工作外的情緒不要帶在工作上來，硬是氣的我把以前訂單都拿出來評論。

房間特別舒服，所有設施都是圓潤光滑的，特別讓人有安全感，燈光明亮而温馨，被子軟軟糯糯的感覺特別好，房間隔音也不錯，晚上睡得特別心安。以後來盤州就來這裏啦。

優點：前台服務好；房間設施好布草乾淨，贈送的掛耳咖啡很適合商務人士需求；大廳和早餐也有咖啡機，是我放棄旁邊另外兩個酒店的主要原因；
不足：臨街略吵，房間衞生再仔細一點（地上遺漏有前客人的刮鬍刀封套）。
建議：若能像某些同類酒店一樣，在前台增加打印機就更好了。

很滿意的體驗，環境衞生做的很好，佈局也不錯，電視很大，顯示屏上等。枕頭備的兩個，有個乳膠枕對睡眠不好，有頸椎病的很友好。缺點就是我住的那個房間，衞生間的鏡子太高了，對1.5的太不友好了，不過門口的穿衣鏡補足了我的需求。早餐不錯。

帶着八個月的寶寶出來旅遊，第一天入住漢庭，體驗感超級好！
設施：新開業都是新的，四件套和床墊都超級舒服，本來還擔心寶寶會不會睡不好，結果睡得超級香，後面去其他城市其他酒店都睡不好！
衞生：很乾凈
服務：服務態度一級棒，入住送了刺梨汁和刺梨果凍，訂房的時候訂單裏沒有早餐的，但是還是給了兩天的自助早餐。
環境：附近很多吃的，很方便
