服務員態度十分熱情和藹，有求必應。房間整潔乾淨衞生。衞生間乾濕分離，使用方便。淋浴間熱水水量大，洗浴非常舒適。早餐品種多樣，方便選擇適合自己口味的食物。地下車庫居然有兩層，車位充足方便。

太坑人了，多花了20元，説是山景房，我進去看不見山，讓給調換，服務員説她沒權利調，她衹是打工的，要找領導，我讓她找領導，結果是領導明天才上班，我去，意思我今晚睡大街，明天再來住？無語，最差的一次維也納體驗，酒店管理超級差！
