不是第一次住這家酒店，都是因為來盤州有事每次至少都住兩天，都覺得挺好，這次體驗感我真的謝謝了，入住是晚上，入住就看到床單上有一個黃黃的塊和一個很小很小的血點，我一點也不在意，一點小錯誤，第二天換了就行，第二天續住刷卡開始非常禮貌的避開了退房的人和前台説了這件事，前台告訴我那後期可能會扣我按金，如果是我的失誤我屁都不放一個愛咋咋，還告訴我應該入住就和他們説這件事，當時就給我換房間，**的我理解酒店就**給我整這白眼狼的一出，冬天空調沒有冷風我理解，你給我一句那你別開空調了是幹嘛，我不熱我開空調瘋了？？？？衹是就事論事，之前入住都挺挺好，好評也給，這次忍不了，有被處理方式整笑了，退了續住的房，沒退房前台也告訴我會處理好，還是很氣，如果一開始**就告訴我好的會讓保潔更換的別和我叭叭一些白眼狼的話那不就挺好嗎？？

房間很温馨，乾淨，服務態度很專業，連客房打掃衞生的大姐都很有禮貌，經常出差外出住酒店，這價位的酒店這家實在是太值得了！好評！

設施：停車場小就算了，柱子旁邊的消防管還噴成了和柱子一樣的顏色，不做任何防撞標識，車燈都被撞爛了，找負責人居然説我自己開的車想讓他們負責，找你們衹是想提個意見看看你們酒店方的態度，這麼説話，真的非常影響心情！管理的溝通處理事情能力真的需要提升一下了

夜班前台小姐姐，態度極其惡劣，智能系統不好用，窗簾都關不上，也沒有人來修一下，水也是一下冷一下熱的，退房的時候延遲了20分鐘，就要扣按金，真是無語了

講真，這個酒店還真讓我驚喜的（✪▽✪）
位置很贊，室內的陳設（）很舒服 很人性化，性價比超高！尤其是衞生間，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，乾濕分離做得也很不錯。
附近吃飯和出遊都很方便，衹是車庫有些考驗技術

小度也不好用，讓他關窗簾他要開窗簾，讓他開他要關，更無語的是房間衞生，剛進去看見床上好多頭髮，後來又叫重新打掃了一下，更恐怖的是居然跑出來一衹小強🪳，以後不會再去了，明明是新開的，衞生搞的那麼差
