服務一般吧，傍晚才到的。房間很熱，有點悶就有點味道，於是開着窗透氣，開了空調出門了。結果，還被老闆説了一頓，説浪費電費了……我是付了房費的唉！優點就是第二天，給延遲退房了。房間新裝修的，乾淨整潔，也沒有異味！

老闆和老闆娘是一對老夫妻，很熱情，我們同學四人一起出來玩，定了一間棋牌套房，一間標間，房間空間還是很寬敞的。早餐比較簡單，是老闆娘他們早上起來燒的，但是也有很多品種，豆漿油條，稀飯小菜，水煮蛋肉包，紅薯玉米。值得一提的是我們早上趕高鐵，老闆和老闆娘還提前一晚問了我們想吃啥，第二天早上八點半的高鐵，老闆還貼心送我們去高鐵站，就住宿來説真心推薦的!我們在磐安玩了兩天，民宿周邊配套設施還比較少，相對冷清，是那種拆遷後搬遷的新建村，但是打車的話，離磐安縣熱鬧的商圈和街區也不算很遠，大概七，八公里，十分鐘左右吧，附近景區比較近的像花溪風景區就在邊上，稍微遠一點的話，靈江源景區，舞龍峽景區，十八渦景區，百杖潭景區，差不多打車四十幾分鍾也能到。是一個非常適合康養的地方，這家民宿是我感覺旅行中的一處温暖港灣，下次有機會會再次去磐安玩的。

老闆二口子服務態度很好，早餐的食物都是老闆自己做的很好吃，民宿離花溪景區路有點遠，房間衞生乾淨，周邊很適合散步。

民宿乾淨整潔，周邊環境又安靜，衞浴設備都好高級，店裡就老闆和老闆娘兩人忙活，無法提供晚餐服務，但是早餐準備的好豐盛，小夥伴們都讚不絕口，忘拍床鋪照片了）總的來説非常好👍

房間內設施硬件完備，空、電視、淋浴設施等等體驗都非常好；軟件如床品、洗浴用品、吹風機等質量好且非常舒適，老闆非常捨得安置。早餐是老闆親自做的，品種多樣，是味道很好的家常菜，吃得很舒服。此外，老闆熱情親切，服務到位，讓我們的整段旅程都很温暖，感謝老闆！總的來説，這家民宿讓我們全家都住得很開心，甚至想為了住宿而再來磐安，推薦大家都來，是絕對不會後悔的體驗！
