酒店的位置很好找，服務態度都很好，回答問題都是很熱情。房間裏面也乾淨整潔，沒有異味，窗外的風景都很不錯，喜歡安靜的可以選擇靠後的大床房，後面是山，不小心訂錯了前台還會給免費升級房型，真的很貼心呀！

真的沒想到房間居然是落地窗，太驚喜了這也，在外面出差的真的踩過很多坑，比如沒有窗户房間。樓層比較高可以看見遠處，晚上的夜景很好，小縣城的夜晚比較安靜，吃完飯散散步體驗慢節奏的生活，很放鬆！

第一次入住磐安萬和酒店，感覺非常不錯！服務到位，遺落的物品會及時通知回來取。床品非常不錯，睡得舒適！
位置在縣城裡麪，山景房很棒！但是喜歡靠山的，前台幫忙免費升級了房型，非常不錯，滿窗的綠色，非常養眼。有一衹可愛的松鼠君一直在樹上嚼果子，咕嘟咕嘟的，

房間乾淨，環境也好，停車也很方便，員工也非常負責，問的問題也會盡量回答，由於來旅遊找不到充電樁於是詢問酒店是否知道，給我推薦了好幾個地方。會推薦給朋友的，磐安的優先選擇，下次還會來的。

整體打98分服務有求必應有問必答前台也有免費水提供，房間整體乾乾淨淨，該有的都有空調暖氣也足夠，幫忙免費升級了房型，樓層高，風景不錯，總體滿意。

位置就在街邊上，很好找。停車門口就是停車位也很方便。前台有零食、茶葉、咖啡。味道都挺不錯的。大廳跟房間都很乾凈，放心入住，不會踩坑。
衣服不小心丟在衣櫃，小姐姐還幫我找回寄過來，前台小姐姐人美心善聲音又好聽
