酒店環境很安靜，房間較大整潔，但房間設備比較老舊，空調很不給力。工作人員的服務水平也很一般，需要自己跑上跑下。

衞生不行，衞生間都是煙頭，床角都是煙味，床單床頭都臟，地上是地毯，也臟，地理位置在山上，前台在山下，晚上黑黑的沒有路燈，孤獨的一座小樓，要是一個人就不建議住了有點瘮人

我想重點説一下服務
我是10.4入住的，10.5早上退的房，當時前台不在，是保安大哥給我辦理的退房手續，我説我要開發票，保安大哥態度很好，和我説前台下午回來，你把開票訊息寫在本子上下午前台上班了我讓他給你開，我説可以，我們愉快的結束了對話。
但是當然，下午沒有發票。
第二天我打了電話給酒店，是一個阿姨接的，阿姨説保安不懂的，前台請假回家了，要三天回來，和我説七號早上肯定給我開過來，我表示理解，於是我詢問七號肯定可以嗎，阿姨説可以的，七號前台就回來了，我同意了。
今天（七號）下午一點，我還是沒收到發票，於是我繼續通過攜程平台的電話打過去，還是一個阿姨接的，和我説前台還沒回來，明天才能開發票……🙃🙃🙃
講真，是不是因為我太好説話了，所以你們對客户的態度這麼隨便，我説你確定明天肯定可以給我開嗎，阿姨説可以的，我説你上次也這麼説的，阿姨馬上改口變成我衹是一個***我什麼都不懂……
我不想糾結為什麼一個酒店衹有一個前台會開發票，我也不想好奇為什麼整個酒店衹有一對老夫妻在處理業務，我現在已經單純在質疑酒店的專業型了

不太建議住，房間過於老舊，衞生差，空調效果不好，環境太差以致於渾身難受，整晚沒睡好。前台在山下，住宿在山上，前台在忙也沒有指引，不方便，上山路有點陡，有很多青苔，雨天路有點滑。

衞生：屬於差的級別，馬桶壓根沒清洗，地毯臟，燒水壺也臟
設施：住的房間在山上，不是開車的要走好多路，謹慎訂
服務：唯一的好處就是價格便宜

曾是縣政府接待賓館，縣城最高檔的吃住場所。這裏樹木茂盛，空氣一流，停車方便，出行便利。房間內雖然設施陳舊，但是，衞生很好很乾凈，東西用起來順手，熱水也很大。服務生態度很好。總之，性價比超高！

房間還可以，蠻乾淨的，可以免費停車，需要注意的就是賓館入住在停車場門口，賓館在山上，山路比較陡，晚上開車需要注意安全

總體很不錯，停車很方便，服務很到位，環境挺安靜舒適的，可惜就一點裝修比較有一定年代了，還有一點價格100多好，幹嘛整個101怪彆扭的😄

酒店位於花台山公園內，周邊環境很好，車可以直接開到2號樓下，也不收停車費。
