房間衞生還可以，服務一般，早餐極差，所有的菜都是涼的，連雞蛋也是冷的，餛飩和麪條放在一個大臉盤裡，看到就沒味口了，叫單燒餛飩麪條不給燒，水果衹有西瓜，温泉池開放的也不多

房間、服務都很好，環境優美，空氣清新，是度假的好地方。温泉舒服、各個小池味道各異，開放式連廊寒雨天略有不便。

這次國慶出遊，隨便找的開元酒店，300多的價格，前台給升級了房型，非常滿意非常感謝，還送了二張温泉票，可惜太晚了，第二天又一早退房，所以沒有去泡温泉，周圍羣山環繞，早上開窗就可以看雲霧繚繞，環境非常好。
