1. The overall check-in experience was not good. The lights in the room came on inexplicably in the morning! The music in the room also reminded me of it inexplicably! Was woken up early in the morning. Feedback to the main station, only explanation without any apology!
2. There are bedbugs in the room, which is common this season. They say that bugs cannot be avoided! It's not like it's their problem. Why! This service!
3. One of the dishes ordered for the room meal was cold and unpalatable, and no satisfactory solution was given after feedback!

這次我們入住磐安雲海方舟酒店四天，雖然時間很短但是留下了美好深刻的印象。
①酒店位置在羣山環抱的山巔，每天能與雲海為伴，涼風習習，過上了神仙般的日子。
②酒店服務非常專業熱情周到友好，為我們準備迎送水果，飲用水等，使我們有賓至如歸家的感覺。
③酒店設施都非常好用，空調給力、網速快，自來水達到直飲水標準，客房清潔衞生及時。
④酒店餐飲特別是早上自助餐，雖然品種不是特別多，但是講究品質，美味可口，是同級別酒店我們吃過最滿意的。中餐廳菜品也很不錯，大師傅的手藝，我們嚐了老母雞湯，真是30年前的味道，非常驚喜。
雲海方舟，每一刻都令人難忘。雖然我們離開了，但是美好的印象會永遠保存，祝雲海方舟越來越好，被更多的朋友看到，來到這裏共享青山綠水雲海彩霞的美好時刻。

自然環境挺好，夏天也涼快。但所有涉及到酒店相關都非常差，有以下幾點：
1. 晚上有人團建唱歌唱到九點半還未結束，我自己打了5個電話，我朋友朋友打了4個電話給前台，經過20分鐘後才解決，此時已經差不多十點。
2. 因遇上團建團隊，午飯上菜非常慢，吃完還有三個菜未上。且價格貴，螺螄很多臭螺螄，但最終給我們退菜處理。
3. 早上八點辦服務員開始敲門需要打掃衞生。下午兩點多敲門送入住水果，如果帶小朋友入住需要謹慎，非常影響睡眠。由此説明內部管理非常混亂。
4. 入住時陽台上全是蟲子屍體，這很難免，但是有些蟲子屍體已經死亡很久，且灰塵很厚，客房打掃存在問題，已附圖。
5. 週末還遇上施工，吃飯遇上施工，週日泳池換水等很離譜的操作，這些細節就不再細講。
總體而言自然環境挺好，酒店住宿體驗極差，慎選。

帶狗出行，磐安沒什麼連鎖酒店選項，這酒店寵物友好，收清潔費也不高
位置沒得説，開車上山路很寬，晚上也有路燈，但是感覺就是房間像是樣板間，
飛蟲很多，酒店該加紗窗了

地理位置優越的觀雲海酒店，衹要下雨後基本就有的雲海真是浙中靚麗的一道風景線，
選了面對山嶺🈶陽台的房間，雲海真的是一覽無遺，衹是陽台座位缺煙灰缸等小件，煙頭很容易會被隨地扔；酒店獨立在山腰（頂）自成一體，周邊無配套，物資要提前準備好，吃飯要麼酒店內吃要麼開車出去吃，如果酒店內自帶的餐廳口味再做的好些就完美了；去了附近的景區花溪是避暑不錯的地方

非常漂亮的酒店，可以看雲海，遠山，日出，日落，房間很寬敞，床品也很舒服，登頂還有個白雲禪寺和在建的摩天輪、玻璃大橋。早餐很豐盛。

性價比太高了 山頂的一個酒店環境很好餐飲都很好吃無邊泳池也沒得説 酒店員工都很親切太喜歡了 不知道我有沒有記的對 好像chen limei 這位美女員工給我們很多驚喜 😊 唯一的稍微要改善的是衞生 房間再仔細做點打掃衞生的話沒有其他毛病 整體看還是挺滿意的 推薦💗
