We booked the hotel for pamukkale. We take shuttle bus from airport directly to hotel. The room is amazing! Clean and new The reception is very helpful and friendly We missed the breakfast but we tried the set meal at dinner time. The food in restaurant is very nice with low price. You can ask staffs to help you call taxi to airport and pamukkale if out of service hour

The room is big. The staff there also very nice. They drove us to Pammukale immediately after we asked them. Although the hotel is located quite far away from restaurants, we had breakfast and dinner there, and it was good.

Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. The 4-star hotel is on a hill. It takes about an hour to drive from the airport. It is equivalent to the edge of the city on the other side. Parking at the hotel is very convenient. It is best to rent a car.

20minute (ish) walk to old town. Some local restaurants around that aren’t too expensive but some other expensive options as well. Rooms & hotel were lovely & the breakfast is soooo amazing! Only thing, if you’re in the lower rooms the wifi doesn’t really work so maybe request a room on the ground & 1st level when booking.

Location is the only priority for this booking. Room was small. Bathroom was too small, water pressure for shower is not acceptable, Swimming pool need to be clean more regularly, dirty. Breakfast was acceptable. Parking = need to pay 20lira Staff need training. Hotel is more expensive than other hotel that have better amenities, better room size, better staff, better food. Location is great. 5 minutes walk to entrance of pamukkale, many shop and restaurants within 10 minutes walk radius.

Great price for a wonderful stay. The room comes with balcony, the staff helped to bring our luggages upstairs, the room is clean and comfortable. Just to set some expectation, they didnt provide mineral bottle at the room so perhaps you may want to ask for water upfront in case you need it or in case you don't have any. Breakfast was great (as per pic). They served big breakfast by room. We enjoyed hot air balloon view during our breakfast. The hotel is very near to Hierapolis and Travertine too. Thank you Bellamaritimo Hotel!

Location: The location was good and convenient for going to Pamukkale hot springs and hot air balloon rides. Room: Although the facilities are a bit old, they are clean. It's nice to have various fruits placed in the room. Facilities: The swimming pool is large and the surrounding gardens are great for walking, and you can even see Pamukkale. But there is no elevator Breakfast: Mediterranean style, so salads, cheese, olives, fruit, and dessert are included. There was nothing for breakfast and the coffee was Middle Eastern, which doesn't suit Korean tastes. However, the breakfast view and facilities were spacious and good. Peaches are delicious!!
