A nice and clean family run hotel on Pamukkale. The manager was also able to assist us with a transfer to Afrodisias and Ladokia.

We visited in October 2023. Beautiful weather very warm. Hotel Pamukkale is excellent. Really lovely family. Very clean. Perfect location. Excellent breakfast. Thank you. We would recommend. See you again sometime in the future.

This was a pleasant surprise! Great location! Excellent service! Comfortable bed! Good WiFi! Hot shower in a large shower area! Did I mention location? Would definitely recommend, and will stay here when back in beautiful Pamukkale!

This hotel was spotlessly clean, location was good, breakfast was very good, beds comfortable, owners mother and son helpful and friendly, the pool is emptied and cleaned every 4 days and we watched the owner doing this. Excellent value for money, would stay there again and certainly recommend

We had booked for one night in the month of October. We arrived and they kicked us out in the parking lot, because the children were not paid, but used water. The guy who greeted us kicked us out and said he would charge us. At the moment there is a message for 25 euros, when it was 75 euros for the fact that we made a reservation, and he kicked us out!!! He was brutal!

We have stayed at this family run hotel 4 times now. Very clean and very convenient for shopping and dining out . A lovely Turkish breakfast is extra but worth it. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Pamukkale.

I stayed for one night which was plenty to see the travertines. The owner was very friendly and helpful. So helpful that he chased me with his scooter as I was waiting at the bus station for a bus back to Denizli because I had dropped my t-shirt when leaving the hotel property. It is an old t-shirt but has a lot of sentimental value for me. I am so grateful to the owner for being so caring! Thank you!! Would stay here again.

Odamız geniş ve temizdi. Dolap eksikliği hissettik. Çekmeceli komodinler ve iki makyaj masası dışında eşya koyacak bir dolap, gardrop yoktu. Banyo, tuvalet temizdi. Havlu, duş jeli ve şampuan yeterliydi. Otelin konumu harika. Pamukkale merkezinde ve travertenlere yürüme mesafesinde. Yeme içme mekanları da bu güzergahta bulunuyor. Pamukkale suyu ile dolu bir havuzu var. Sıcak Kleopatra havuzundan sonra otel havuzu oldukça serindi.
