Very good location, many good dining options around and walkable to most of the attractions. Room is small and the decoration could use some renovation. Staff is ok but not super passionate.

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. Staff extremely rude. When I complained they sent Staff to room to remove bed, before the manager could see bugs to confirm so would not give me refund.

Smalls room & uncomfortable bed. They have AC but it does no work well and with the high temperature in Pamplona this August. All these mean it was hard to get a good night of sleep. It is very centrally located, however, if you would like to be on a street with many restaurants.

This property is in a fantastic location very central to walk everywhere it’s just near St Nicolás church The young man who checked me in was friendly and helpful The room was basic, but had what I needed. There is a hairdryer, shower, reasonably comfortable bed. No tea or coffee making facilities, limited toiletries The set evening meal was very good value for money and very tasty. The main thing that lets this hotel down is the two young female staff. The treat guests as an inconvenience especially if Spanish is not a first language. I have been learning Spanish for two years but they were not at all helpful and just spoke very fast!

Perfect location
Ideal location in the centre of Pamplona surrounded by bars and near the main square. The windows were excellent at keeping out the noise of the street. Room basic but all you need. The staff were lovely, breakfast was a nice little buffet and the bar was great to enjoy a drink at the end of the night with a few pintxos.

Great location for everything in Pamplona. Our room was at the back, so quiet. A street front room might not be. Beds were decent. AC worked. The bar downstairs was nice for morning cafe con leches. Staff were very friendly.

Hotel muy céntrico, habitación pequeña, la cama cómoda pero nos tocó una de medida bastante pequeña ( mejor pedir dos camas individuales) El baño pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Tienen concertado el aparcamiento con el Parking de la Plaza del Castillo a muy buen precio. El personal muy amable y atento.

Comimos menú del dia. Primer plato pasta ...con 2 litros de aceite por lo menos...segundo plato, mi pareja albóndigas que ya empezaban a picar por su mal estado,y yo pollo,asado minimo de hace 2 días, se notaba que estaba recalentado,postre tarta de queso dura (nunca antes me había pasado) y sin comentarios del pudin ,si se le podía llamar así. Lo único bueno la camarera que era muy agradable. Siento poner este tipo de reseñas,pero es para que le den un toque a cocina y no vuelva a pasar con otros clientes.
