This hotel is excellent all round! Friendly, attentive and super efficient staff, nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean, great food, good spa and pool. Very children friendly. Hotel shuttle to the slopes a real bonus! Will definitely return.

The staff at this hotel were second to none! Everyone at the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly both before we arrived and during our stay and it made our holiday. Everything else was great too. I loved the boot warming in the boot room and the spa was a great treat after a day on the slopes. The bus service to and from the slopes was a treat even though we could have walked to spinale. Breakfast was the perfect start to the day with a great selection and it was lovely to have cake and fruit on our return in the afternoon. Rooms and beds were comfortable and we appreciated the ample wardrobe space. Thank you for looking after us.

Hotel molto bello, bella la zona spa e la responsabile Daiana davvero super gentile e brava. Personale dell’hotel professionale e gentile. Camera con balcone vista bosco davvero molto apprezzata. Una piccola segnalazione che mi permetto di fare è nella colazione dove mi sarei aspettato marmellate, speck, ed una qualità nelle torte e brioche maggiore. Grazie per l’esperienza nel complesso molto positiva

In un solo pernottamento abbiamo comunque beneficiato della piscina interna, prenotata per un'ora prefissata, in modo da avere sempre poche persone all'interno e tanta quiete. Stanza con balcone e con frigo, ampio televisore con Sky compreso, ma bagno non finestrato e datato. Grande gentilezza e professionalità del personale, ovunque, in reception, in sala colazioni, al bar interno, in piscina. Posto auto presso il parcheggio pubblico nella piazza di fronte. Compresa merenda pomeridiana, con torta, pasticcini, macedonia di frutta fresca, acque aromatizzate, in ambiente rilassante. Colazione varia, con croissant vari gusti, dolci, formaggi, salumi, macedonia, toast, uova sode, yogurt, bevande calde dal bar, a buffet ed in ampia sala con tavoli distanziati. Situato alla base della strada per salire al Vallesinella e vicino al lago.

Siamo stati ad agosto; famiglia con due bambini. L'hotel è in posizione direi quasi ottimale, molto disponibile il personale, utile il servizio navetta per gli impianti, ristorante che ha rispecchiato le aspettative, sala bimbi molto utile, pulizia ok . Unica appunto :camere un po' piccoline. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

E’ un hotel nella media. La camera piccola ma accogliente così anche i servizi. Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno nel mese di agosto. La cucina non offre una varietà di un hotel 4 stelle, con poca scelta e portate scarse. La colazione a buffet è tipica di un hotel a 3 stelle. La merenda pomeridiana con i biscotti avanzati a colazione e bevande inadeguate. In sostanza l’hotel ha deluso le aspettative

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione, i servizi offerti e la comprensione per chi, come noi, porta in vacanza i propri cani. La stanza superior era solo parzialmente rinnovata ma ampia e sempre pulitissima. Ristorante con buona scelta di piatti. Per la colazione avrei apprezzato una maggior quantità di prodotti locali come il burro o le marmellate. Invece erano quasi tutti prodotti confezionati. Anche le torte non sembravano fatte da loro, personalmente le ho trovate piuttosto insipide. Fortunatamente vi era un'ampia scelta di croissants freschi. Molto comoda la navetta che ti porta ai vari impianti. Punto di forza dell'hotel il personale, tutti molto professionali, gentili e disponibili sia alla reception ma anche in sala, alla SPA e ai piani. Lo consiglio!

Avevamo bisogno di un po’ di tranquillità e pace e questo hotel a pochi metri dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio è stato sicuramente il posto giusto. Personale gentilissimo, camere pulite e confortevoli, menù per la cena vario e tutto molto buono. Nulla da aggiungere, solo che ci torneremo presto!!

Ci siamo concessi 2 notti in questo hotel. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro. E' stato tutto perfetto! Dall'accoglienza, alla spa, alla ristorazione! Lo staff è veramente fantastico! Cibo super delizioso, camera piccolina ma accogliente (ecco, avendo un bagno non finestrato un aspiratore farebbe la differenza). Apprezzato la sala di ristorazione divisa per chi ha un cane. Unica pecca, forse, dover lasciare l'auto in un parcheggio pubblico. Comunque grazie per la "coccolosa" ospitalità
