I do not recommend it. I booked on July 2nd, 2024 to stay with my wife from July 20th-22nd, 2024, and on Monday, July 15th, 2024, they contacted me to say that it would not be possible for us to stay due to a problem with the room. Just like that, with no further details. Instead of contacting me with the problem resolved, which, by the way, is called CUSTOMER SERVICE, they suggested an apartment and other hotels in towns near Pals. Honestly, I suggest they remove the word "Boutique" from their name. It should've been their job to re organize either in the same hotel or in another boutique hotel under the same conditions of the reservation. They might not be aware, but changes like these causes a guest to have to take on logistical burdens and additional costs for their trip. Totally Unacceptable and unprofessional.
