Chegamos ao hotel e mesmo tendo reserva, demorou um pouco pois fomos informados que não havia vagas, após conseguirem um quarto que não foi de acordo com o anúncio… vamos a experiência desagradável: lençóis sujos, a cortina não fechava (não vedando a luz), AS TOALHAS FEDENDO MUITO A FUMAÇA e o café da manhã deixou a desejar! Estrutura até ok, mas NÃO É UM HOTEL DE NÍVEL ELEVADO como querem passar a imagem! Ah, essa foi a segunda e última chance que dei ao hotel, já tinha me hospedado e não tinha gostado, porém dessa vez foi pior!

Foi tudo certo com a nossa estadia, cama espaçosa, ar condicionado silencioso, ficamos no 6 andar e a vista de Palmas é lindíssima, conseguimos ver todas as luzes de Natal da avenida, muito bonito. o chuveiro demora um pouco pra esquentar mas acredito que seja por conta do aquecimento solar. O café da manhã é bem completo, os travesseiros são ótimos, enfim, voltaríamos. Sentimento falta do frigobar abastecido mas a recepção nos informou que é padrão do hotel.

Quartos limpos, bem arrumados, hotel recente é bem decorado. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã bem servido e com boa variedade. E preço bem honesto. Porém a experiência com o banho sem água quente e luz do banheiro queimada, não fez da estada uma nota 10. E para piorar não funcionava o telefone para reclamar. Final da história, tomei banho frio no escuro pq já estava pronto para entrar. Só vale a pena se a Caldeira estiver funcionando.

Terrível, pouco entrega para o que cobra, nem se quer serviço de quarto oferece, em meio a lua de mel tivemos que sair do nosso aposenta para ir buscar água e outras coisas para abastecer o frigobar, em meio a uma diária de quase R$ 1.000,00. Ou seja, terrível a experiência!!!

Hotel com alguns pontos positivos e outros nem tanto. Positivos: tamanho do quarto, qualidade da cama, enxoval no quarto, bom atendimento na recepção, frigobar. médios: localização (falta um mercado por perto) , reposição dos itens de café da manhã nos dias mais cheios, academia (poucos aparelhos) negativo: ausência de piscina (seria fundamental no calorão de Palmas). Enfim, um hotel mediano que poderia oferecer melhores serviços.
