Just bk from this hotel what can I say ..disappointed really 3 ladies sharing a room checked in late at night so just made the most of room 111.....very squeezed together 3 beds in a row and 1 was a put u up bed...not comfy.. .complained next morning and what a surprise a family room was available so much better 3 proper beds....but £50 euro xtra......Food ok...drinks disappointed u cam only get 2 at a time there was 5 of us so 3 had to queue all time ....forget dri ks in bar at night far to busy...plus pink gin baileys not included....no kettle....no fridge ....for a 4 star it's pretty bad and won't return....far nicer hotels in area....shame as its in Nice position...pool nice but closes at 6pm....won't return.

We stayed at this hotel from 30th September to 7th October. On arrival the room looked clean but on a closer look around it wasn’t as clean as we thought. A lady’s razor was found in the shower and the floor had floss and hair behind the door all floors were unclean. The standard of cleaning needs to be addressed for a hotel chain of this size. The food was not very good. If you are taking children to this hotel make sure you feed them off the complex as their nothing for kids to eat apart from chips pizza or pasta unless you go to the snack bar and get hotdogs and burgers. The one thing that we found is the staff are very nice and friendly and the entertainment was good

We visited as a family of 5 in October last year. Here's an honest review..... Good points Location is okay, easy to walk into Palma Nova or Magaluf. Supermarket close by Rooms are modern and well equipped Food at pool bar is great for kids (pizza, hot dogs, fries) Buffet breakfast good with lots of choice and fresh fruit Entertainment staff generally very good and hardworking Reasons we would not recommend or return 2 drink policy despite all inclusive. Please note this does not apply to just alcoholic drinks. As a family of 5, we were not allowed to order a full round for our party if only 1 of us queued for drinks. Instead 2 of us had to stand in queues for up to 20-30 minutes at night to get 4 drinks. I resorted to bringing cartons of apple juice for my youngest to avoid 3 of us queueing. The hotel advises this is to avoid waste. Its not waste to expect to order 1 drink for each member of your party in one go, especially when you have paid for all inclusive. This was clearly a ploy to save cost. Soft drinks rarely available. The drinks machines were unavailable every day of our holiday for all or part of the day. During these times the hotel offered water or concentrated orange juice instead Lifts insufficient for size of hotel. There were 3 lifts and regularly long queues and waits for them Room sizes are small if you have more than 2 people in one, 3 single beds pushed together with no room to separate Buffet food at lunch and dinner was poor quality. Meat was particularly cheap and poor, very fast and gristly Many of the staff are rude and unfriendly, they need to remember they are in hospitality Kids disco is on too late There's too many places to return to some place like this. If you're thinking about booking it, seriously reconsider! Its 3 star at best and to be honest I've stayed in better 3 stars

After visiting last year and having such a wonderful experience we decided to book again for this year. We stayed the first two weeks of July. We had an interconnecting room which was brilliant. Lots of room for us and our two grown up children. Everything was clean and rooms were cool. Lifts are slow but not a problem. The pool area was lovely never had to race for a sunbed and you could get one at any time of the day. The animation team are very poor and try to get away with doing as little as possible. Often in the middle of aqua fit the music would stop Marty the team lead would shout no battery have a nice meal and then disappear! Don’t rely on the lifeguard. When he isn’t asleep with his mirrored sunglasses on he is walking around Collecting plastic cups or having a chat with the bar girls ! Food was ok but very geared up for the French tourist which there were a lot of. They are also very rude but personally didn’t take much notice of them. The biggest problem this year is the massive influx of teen groups on their first holiday abroad. Massive groups drinking messing about in the pool and running up and down outside the bedrooms in the early hours after a heavy night out. Not a family hotel. It would be a massive shame if this turns into the palm nova version of BH ?

Great family holiday. Went to palma nova at the end of may for a family holiday 10 adults 3 kids stayed here all inclusive lovely hotel and spacious rooms plenty of choice for breakfast dinner and tea snack bar open 10am to 6pm plenty of choice for everyone. Large pool with plenty of sun loungers. Round the corner is O Neils bar absolutely fantastic food esp the sunday lunch and very good price Connor Sam and staff were amazing and friendly made us all feel welcome would highly recommend a visit. A 5 min walk to the ***** wher there are plenty of bars and resteraunts a big shout out to Banana Joes bar only went in the day as found it a bit to much at night with having small children lovely friendly staff especially Missy she is a diamond. All in all a great family holiday enjoyed by all in the beautiful palma nova would definitely return.

We are regular guests at the Mimosa and have always given five stars in our reviews however a few changes since our visit in March have led to a four stars this time. I am a swimmer and have loved that no inflatables or balls are allowed this however was not the case in October with many inflatables and balls being allowed also drinks were not allowed in the pool but there were many people drinking and nothing said by the lifeguards who were more concerned with collecting glasses. In our opinion a backwards step by the hotel. Gripe over the hotel is spotless and the rooms are a good size and cleaned daily. Food is plentiful and always a good selection, do note that the guests are multi national and it's not all about the brits so be prepared to try something different. Staff are all friendly if you speak with them do try a little Spanish it doesn't harm. Shout out to the bar staff Miguel, Francisco and Juan who work hard and are happy to share a joke. Also the animation team Marty, Katarina and Lucas who do their best to make your holiday more enjoyable. The hotel must be doing something right as there were many returning guests from previous years and we have booked to return twice in 2025 Hopefully the rules about inflatables and balls will be reinstated and we can once again give five stars.
